A maximum of 06 people is allowed in the room - please book at the reception (for more information contact our team). If you wish to have a gluten-free meal or if you have any additional requests, please ask the reception the day before.

TOWELS
Everyday millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once. You can make the difference:
A towel hanging up means “I will use it again.”
A towel on the floor means “Please change it.”
USE THE TRASH CAN FOR
Feminine products - Condoms - Diapers - Cleaning wipes
Facial wipes - Baby wipes
The room will be cleaned after breakfast. If you do not want the room to be cleaned, please put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Rooms with new check-ins will be cleaned first.
For health and safety reasons the cleaning staff will not touch the guest's belongings, so cleaning and tidying of rooms and beds will only be done if there are no belongings scattered on the beds, bathroom and floor. We appreciate your understanding.
Due to the cleaning and disinfection measures implemented as a result of the outbreak of COVID 19, we obey the health entities rules that imply the ventilation of the rooms and the cleaning in two moments, so there may be a need for more time to perform the cleaning services.
Free muffins & tea will be waiting for you in the lounge area, daily. Enjoy it!
